An area located right next to the train station that holds the Statue of Hachiko(?), one of the most notable symbols of Shibuya. This area is also known for being a popular meet-up location, especially among young couples. Something seems off here, though...
Directly connected to the scramble crossing, the first thing apparent here is, of course, the famous statue of Hachiko(?). Looking too long at it gives you the feeling something about that statue isn't quite right. The plaque underneath reads Hachiko(?), a symbol. A symbol of what? Nobody knows. If you're particularly desperate, the stone bench half-circle behind the statue might make an adequate bed.
Next to Hachiko(?) is a lottery stand. Tickets seem to be completely free, though prizes are only given the next week. If pressed, the Shadow Person manning the booth will mention something about a special event...
The building closest to Hachiko(?) has an insignia on it. Step inside to find three very different stores on the different levels of the building. The first floor hosts a rather sleek lookingMcDonald's, complete with a full fast food menu! Unfortunately, the McFlurry machine appears to be broken. Go up from there to find a Mus Rattus brand clothing store on the second floor. The clothes and accessories there seem to be simple, plain, and (most importantly) inexpensive. If you're willing to forego style for comfort, their adorable rat mascot is the place for you. Lastly, the third floor seems to be host to a clinic. The sign outside affirms that Doctor Isha is in, despite the obvious lack of doctor anywhere in sight. Going further in, the curious among you will find that the clinic is fully stocked despite this. The drawers seem to be overflowing with band-aids, syringes, scalpels, face masks, disinfecting alcohol, cotton swabs, a bottle with the only label being that of "antidote" that smells suspiciously like grape juice... and stickers and lollipops, for the kids. There is also a pill dispenser. Put in some money to get a handful of painkillers!

Maybe there's a reason the doctor isn't in.
