As with last week, the Reapers will wake suddenly, with their IC rulebook in their hand and open to a page in the back -- which contains a note that's only visible to them. "Reapers! Today's meeting will be at Shibu-Q Heads at 7 AM sharp! There's coffee and snacks for everyone, so don't be late!" When they arrive at the chain, at 07:00, they'll find themselves walking into a private area of the party supply store, with a door that closes and locks behind them once everyone is inside. It's roomy and filled with comfortable furniture, as well as various balloons and party decorations. There's an assortment of comfort foods along with with coffee and actual McFlurries this time. For once, Maya is not eating, she has a puppy on her lap and is looking a little more serious than usual. As always, music is on loop forever. Judging from the trial, and based on the people who pushed Enoshima to the exclusion of other cases? I think the other Reapers may be Jacopo, Monika, Mary, Orihara. . . I'm also thinking Hortensia, for her part in Ranpo's murder, even though I don't think Ranpo was killed for being a Reaper.

Magnus was also a little too certain that Ranpo was one of us, so I suspect him, too.

...mmm...I don't know about Mary. She seems like just a little kid, you know? Unless those reapers are like us in that a couple weren't as bloodthirsty.

Honesty, I wasn't so sure about Mary, either. But she was right there along with Monika, Jacopo, and Orihara. That's the only reason.

And remember. Max is our host, and he's just a kid too.

...mmm. I would rather focus on one of the others to start with. We might have to work together, but I think we could get Izaya to talk.

Not in the way Junko meant, by the way. I think if we worked together and made him think he had the advantage against one of us while the other waited to step in if things got too dangerous, he would blab a lot.

He seems like that type though. The one who sees himself above other people? I think we could use that to our advantage, if we're careful.

[She doesn't want to hit 'betray' on Monika or Mary, she's sure Magnus isn't a reaper, and Jacopo frightens her. So Izaya is the best choice in her mind.]

What are we supposed to do? There's still six weeks left, and there's horrible people among the players who are just going to keep killing innocent people! How can we protect the Players if we're erased?

Um, I dunno if it'll help much, but .... it's four weeks. [ roughly a month. which is still long, yikes, but- ]

It's okay, Undine -- just, calm down, take a deep breath. We can make a plan!

Four weeks is still a long time. We're at a huge disadvantage here, too. Not only do we HAVE to erase people, so we risk getting discovered every week, but we can get erased on killing night. And it sounds like there's people out there who can find out if someone is a reaper or not too.

Maya...how can we survive against something like that? It's like we were meant to die from the start.

[mmmm. slowly, Akira nods]

I want to see how they react to my letter. They may all be willing to work with us, and it may be unnecessary to target them at all.

And I want us both to remember that we can't be 100% certain that he's another Reaper, too.

[and he hates the idea of just making shots in the dark, hoping they'll hit a Reaper. that's miserable]
